India’s AI Affect Summit has secured funding commitments of over $250 billion for infrastructure and about $20 billion for VC deeptech investments, stated Union IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, calling the occasion a “grand success.”

As a part of the summit, the New Delhi Declaration on AI Affect has been endorsed by 88 nations and worldwide organisations, reflecting a broad-based international consensus on leveraging AI for financial progress and social good, in accordance with a PIB launch.

Vaishnaw stated the occasion had overwhelming public help and noticed participation from over 5 lakh guests, reflecting sturdy home and international engagement with India’s AI push.

“There’s a big consensus on the declaration, we simply wish to maximise the numbers, given the scale of the summit that has occurred,” he stated.

The India AI Affect Summit introduced collectively international policymakers, business leaders, and expertise specialists, positioning India as a key participant in shaping worldwide AI governance and infrastructure growth.
