EDGE Group of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Safran Electronics & Protection, a global high-technology group working within the aviation, defence and house market, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collectively discover the event, manufacturing, and commercialisation of superior air-to-ground weapon techniques. This primary section of engagement establishes the potential to construct on Safran’s present techniques, develop their vary and efficiency, advance into surface-to-air missile growth, and finally progress into the subsequent era of sensible weapons.

 

By combining Safran’s world-class in propulsion and navigation techniques with EDGE’s industrial scale and superior expertise portfolio, the partnership goals to ship extremely aggressive, export-ready options for the worldwide market, providing enhanced operational effectiveness to worldwide clients.

The signing ceremony befell at EDGE Group headquarters in Abu Dhabi, and was formalised by Hamad Al Marar, Managing Director and CEO of EDGE Group, and Alexandre Ziegler, Head of Protection International Enterprise Unit, Safran Electronics & Protection.
