Terra Industries, a Nigerian defence-technology startup that builds drones and displays places utilizing its proprietary software program, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Defence Industries Company of Nigeria (DICON), a defence company operated by the Nigerian Armed Forces.

The partnership will set up a Joint Enterprise Firm (JVC) that may function as a subsidiary of DICON and can be collectively promoted and owned by DICON and Terra Industries to localise the manufacturing of superior safety programs.
