ATLAB pronounces winners of FIRST® LEGO® League UAE 2025-26, celebrating younger innovators in robotics and STEM

ATLAB Center East, a subsidiary of Centena Group and the official organiser of FIRST® LEGO® League (FLL) UAE, introduced the winners of the 2025–26 season throughout a grand finale held on February 7 and eight, 2026 on the American Faculty of Inventive Science, Maliha Street. Organised by ATLAB Center East, affiliate Accomplice for FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Expertise) and LEGO® Training, the occasion introduced collectively younger innovators from throughout the UAE to exhibit their abilities in robotics, AI, STEM studying, and problem-solving.

 

Nilesh Korgaonkar, CEO of ATLAB, said: “We lengthen our heartfelt congratulations to all groups who reached the Finals of the FIRST® LEGO® League UAE 2025–26 season. The FIRST® LEGO® League UAE continues to be a strong platform for uplifting younger minds throughout the nation. The FIRST® LEGO® League EXPLORE class included 202 groups, with 42 groups reaching the Finals. All EXPLORE finalists had been recognised throughout six award classes, with Crew Robo Relics chosen to characterize FIRST® LEGO® League UAE EXPLORE on the World Pageant within the USA. A number of particular awards had been additionally offered, together with the Problem Answer Award, Coding Award, Core Values Award, Crew Poster Award, Crew Mannequin Award, and Rising Star Award.

Within the FIRST® LEGO® League CHALLENGE class, 189 groups competed, with 38 advancing to the Finals. Crew ACE was topped Champion of the class, and Crew Metalmech was named runner-up — with each set to compete within the USA in opposition to groups from 114 totally different nations. The season, themed ‘UNEARTHED,’ highlighted the creativity, teamwork, and technical excellence of collaborating college students. Impressed by archaeology, the theme inspired groups to discover how trendy applied sciences comparable to robotics and synthetic intelligence can assist the invention, research, and preservation of historic artifacts. The competitors noticed participation from 391 groups nationwide throughout two classes: FIRST® LEGO® League EXPLORE and FIRST® LEGO® League CHALLENGE.

 

Reflecting the season’s theme, groups offered modern options linking robotics, AI, and heritage preservation. Initiatives included drone-based scanning to map excavation websites, ground-penetrating radar to find buried artifacts safely, autonomous rovers for hazardous environments, and an AI-powered utility able to figuring out archaeological artifacts from pictures, demonstrating how know-how can improve analysis and documentation.

 

Extra honours within the CHALLENGE class included the Robotic Design Award, offered to Crew Lithomex with Crew Uncharted as runner-up. The Robotic Recreation Award was claimed by Crew Robo Relics, adopted by Crew ACE as runner-up and Crew Metalmech as second runner-up. The Innovation Challenge Award and Core Values Award had been offered to Crew Eviebots and Crew Dew of the Void respectively, with runner-up groups additionally recognised.
