In a bid to overtake its chaotic parking scene, Cairo is ready to launch a brand new digitized parking administration system starting Friday, 20 June, Governor Ibrahim Saber introduced. 

Beneath the plan, parking attendants, identified regionally as sayes, shall be required to register via corporations formally contracted by the Cairo Governorate. These attendants will don standardized light-blue jackets adorned with scannable barcodes that supply motorists detailed info at a look.

The barcodes, accessible by way of cell phone, will present drivers with specifics in regards to the attendant’s licensing standing, the contracted working firm, and the precise parking lot.
