“The Fee is of the view that although the OP enjoys dominant place within the related market of ‘marketplace for on-line intermediation providers for reserving of film tickets in India,’ nonetheless, no case of contravention of the provisions of Sections 4(2)(a)(i), 4(2)(b)(i) and 4(2)(c) of the Act is made out in opposition to the OP within the current matter,” CCI stated within the order.
Accordingly, the matter is directed to be closed forthwith, it added.
