Shimon Whiteson is a Professor of Laptop Science on the College of Oxford and a Senior Workers Analysis Scientist at Waymo UK. His analysis focuses on deep reinforcement studying and imitation studying, with functions in robotics and video video games. He accomplished his doctorate on the College of Texas at Austin in 2007. He spent eight years as an Assistant after which an Affiliate Professor on the College of Amsterdam earlier than becoming a member of Oxford as an Affiliate Professor in 2015. His spin-out firm Latent Logic was acquired by Waymo in 2019.
